Keeping Safe

Following the latest government announcements, you will notice school staff wearing face coverings around school. We are asking that you wear a face covering too when you drop off and collect your child and when you speak to members of staff. Children do not need to wear them.  The guidance also suggests that we ask you not to collect children who are not part of your immediate family.  You have been incredibly supportive and co-operative with everything we are doing so far. Thank you.

Christmas in School

We are going to do everything we can to have a Merry Christmas this year, but it will be different.  Sadly, there will be no Nativity Play or Christmas Market. Whatever happens at the end of the new lockdown at the beginning of December, we know we still won’t be able to invite you into school.  We will be celebrating with Class Bubble parties, glittery arts and craft activities and lots of festive stories and songs. We have also written to Santa to see if he makes socially distanced school visits!

Cheerful news!

Congratulations to Mrs Hanson, our Reception Class teacher, who is expecting her second child in March.  Rabbit Class parents, we will let you know about staffing arrangements in due course.

Coronavirus

If your child is unwell, you must not send them to school.  If they have C-19 symptoms- temperature, cough or loss of taste or smell, you should arrange a test or isolate as a family. Please keep us informed.  Parents remember if you or anyone else in your household has symptoms, your child must not come to school until you have negative test results.
